I. About us
The Company (Plugin Revolution Shop, Kompazouk Revolution) Deroi Multimedia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a micro-enterprise, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 831 828 579 00027. The Company markets the following products to its Customers via its Website: Audio software.
II. Preamble
The Company invites Users to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “ToU/T&C”). Placing an Order implies acceptance of the ToU/T&C and the payment terms. The characteristics of the Audio Software are indicated on the Website. It is the Customer's responsibility to take these into account before making a Purchase.
The ToU/T&C govern the conditions under which the Company sells its Audio Software to its Professional and Consumer Customers via its Website.
They apply to all sales concluded by the Company and take precedence over any contradictory document.
They are systematically communicated to the Customer upon request.
In the event of any subsequent modification to the ToU/T&C, the Customer is subject to the version in force at the time of purchase.
III. Definitions
“Customer” refers to the Professional or Consumer who has placed an Order for Audio Software sold on the Website;
“Order” refers to any Purchase made by the User on this Website;
“Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use” or “ToU/T&C” refers to these terms and conditions and use;
“Consumer” refers to a natural person who is not acting for professional purposes and/or outside their professional activity;
“Audio Software” means audio software that can be purchased and is offered for sale on this Website;
‘Professional’ means a buyer who is a legal entity or natural person acting within the scope of their professional activity;
“Website” means this website, i.e. www.kompazoukrevolution.com;
“Company” refers to the Company (Plugin Revolution Shop, Kompazouk Revolution) Deroi Multimedia, as described in more detail in Article I herein;
and “User” refers to any legal entity or individual who uses this Site;
IV. Orders
The User must provide an address, a telephone number (optional), and a valid email address, as well as their first and last names. Completion of the purchase implies acceptance of the prices of the audio Software sold, as well as the instructions indicated in the confirmation and download email.
Once the purchase has been made, the User will receive confirmation by email. This confirmation will summarize the purchase (invoice) and provide relevant information relating to the order confirmation. The User will also receive a link to download the Audio Software. The purchase of Audio Software constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Company and the Customer.
V. Products and prices
The Audio Software covered by the ToU/T&C is that which appears on the Site.
The Audio Software is described on the corresponding page of the Site, and all of its essential characteristics are mentioned. Sales are subject to the Company's availability.
When a User wishes to purchase Audio Software sold by the Company through the Website, the price indicated on the pricing page corresponds to the price in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). (Taxes may vary depending on the country)
VI. Payment terms
At the time of purchase, the customer has several payment methods available: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB.
An invoice will be generated automatically following the purchase and sent by email.
VII. Delivery
Audio Software is delivered worldwide. These are digital products, delivered by email via a download link.
VIII. Consumer right of withdrawal
No refunds will be made upon purchase.
IX. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify the Website or the ToU/T&C via this Website.
When a purchase is made, the User is subject to the provisions set out in the ToU/T&C in force.
X. Data Protection
In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, the personal data requested from the Customer is strictly necessary for the processing of their purchase.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose all of their personal data at any time by writing, by mail and providing proof of their identity, to the following address: kompazoukrevolution@gmail.com.
The User may at any time object to receiving commercial offers by writing to the address indicated above.
XI. Jurisdiction clause
The law governing the ToU/T&C is French law. Any dispute that may arise between the Company and a User during the execution of these terms and conditions will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing this, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of common law.
XII. Acceptance of the ToU/T&C
The Customer or User expressly accepts the ToU/T&C.
The Customer declares that they are aware of them and waives the right to invoke any other document, in particular their own general terms and conditions of purchase.
The Consumer acknowledges that they have read the information and details provided for in Articles L.111-1 to L.111-7 of the French Consumer Code, in particular:
